| INTERPROBE
believes that video surveillance is the strongest, most irrefutable
evidence available for influencing settlements or winning trials. |
| Our reputation has been built upon providing advanced
surveillance services regarding insurance matters. We are specialists
in the most difficult forms of surveillance. |
| From urban to extremely rural environments, our investigators
have the training, knowledge, and equipment to adapt to any environment. |
|
 |
|
| INTERPROBE
conducts insurance surveillance in three phases: |
|
| Pre-Surveillance |
|
| During pre-surveillance, INTERPROBE
investigators will chart the claimant's neighborhood to determine
discreet and effective observation positions. While charting
the neighborhood, the investigator will also make "spot-checks"
of the claimant's residence to note inconsistencies and to make
non-alerting inquires in order to determine productive surveillance
times. |
|
| Surveillance |
|
| INTERPROBE
treats each surveillance as an individual case and takes great
care to match an appropriate investigator with the environment
under surveillance. Specialized vehicles and high resolution
cameras designed especially for surveillance work are utilized.
Furthermore, remote-observation cameras, concealed cameras,
night vision lenses and, when necessary, vehicle tracking devices
are employed. Other specialized surveillance equipment can also
be used based on the client's needs and budget. |
|
| Post-Surveillance |
|
| Following the surveillance, a
summary surveillance report will be issued, which details relevant
observations, any corresponding videotape, and any "still shots"
depicting highlights from the surveillance video. The surveillance
summary will also include documentation of the investigator's
arrival and departure times. If necessary, recommendations are
made for the possible continuation of the investigation. Court
testimony is provided by INTERPROBE's
investigators when needed. |
|
| INTERPROBE's professional
investigators offer you an opportunity to combat fabricated
or exaggerated insurance claims. If you suspect that a claimant
is being deceptive about an insurance matter, contact INTERPROBE. |
