The commitment we make to each other and the trust that develops is very precious and, over time, becomes essential to our lives. These bonds place each of us in a vulnerable position both emotionally and financially. When a commitment is broken or put at risk through infidelity, our lives are suddenly shattered and our emotions paralyzed. This type of unfaithfulness is an unfortunate reality that can be seen at every level in society. Whether disloyalty occurs in a marriage or an exclusive relationship, the effects are equally devastating.
INTERPROBE takes domestic surveillance very seriously. There is usually only one opportunity to document sensitive evidence of this type. This makes selecting a professional surveillance service a crucial decision. INTERPROBE's dedication to expert surveillance, combined with strategies based on experience, helps our investigators to secure results the first time.
To uncover infidelity, investigations are conducted in three steps:
I. Client Meeting and Case Setup
Cases are set up in person or over the phone, where pertinent information is obtained. Strategies are developed using facts provided by the client, such as past patterns, work schedules, etc. Following the initial case setup, pre-surveillance actions are taken to ensure the effectiveness of the actual surveillance.
II. Surveillance
INTERPROBE treats each case on an individual basis and assigns vehicles and investigators accordingly. Private sources are also used to develop information about the subject's and co-subject's habits and patterns. All surveillance is conducted in accordance with the case strategy and agreement with the client. Vehicle tracking and other specialized surveillance equipment is available based on the client's needs and budget.
III. Post-Surveillance
Following the surveillance, a summary surveillance report will be issued, which details relevant observations, any corresponding videotape, and any "still shots" depicting highlights from the surveillance video. The surveillance summary will also include documentation of the investigator's arrival and departure times if necessary. Recommendations are made for the possible continuation of the investigation. Court testimony is provided by INTERPROBE's investigators when needed.
INTERPROBE is knowledgeable in the area of domestic-relations law. This familiarity allows our professional investigators to investigate as deeply, thoroughly, and aggressively as possible, without endangering our client's interests or breaking the law.
